One of my two sires (males) is Ritz.  He is an AKC toy chocolate poodle.  He has been genetically tested for heart, hips, elbows, patellas and passed with the highest marks possible.  Prospective buyers can be shown certificates documenting this.  He also had his eyes examined and passed with flying colors.  This paperwork can also be shown. He is not the father of the black puppies at the bottom of this column!

I have a AKC large toy/small miniature black/silver female poodle (full registration) that is three years old and available.  She is $400 or would consider giving her for free to a central Illinois family if I could breed her back one more time (and keep the puppies).

My two adult male sires (one red and one chocolate) have OFA and CERF certificates.  I had them tested for heart, eye, hip, elbow, knee (patellas) defects.  Each one of them have passed with flying colors.  Some of my females also have CERF and OFA certificates.  What this guarantees buyers is that I am not knowingly passing along genetic defects to puppies they are buying.  In fact, I am being proactive to have the parents tested by certified vets to prevent this!
