Tiny toy, toy, miniature (and occassionally a teacup) chocolate, brown, red, apricot, white, black or other color poodle puppies for sale in Central Illinois (within driving distance of Chicago or St. Louis).

I am a public intermediate school principal who along with my family and friends raise our dogs and puppies.  The raising of my adult dogs and the care of their puppies is part of our children's schooling and responsibility. There are just a few dogs that are bred as a side hobby and ministry! We have just a few litters each year.

Our mission is two fold:  Improve the poodle bred by genetically testing our adult  dogs and educating the people who obtain a puppy or  dog from us.  Secondly to have this ministry be a blessing for others.  Last year over $5,000 was given to missionaries and our church. In 2010 three puppies and one adult dog have been given away to Central Illinois families in need including one puppy to a non profit organization that places service dogs with disabled people.  See our testimonials page for more details.

None of the poodles or their puppies are kept in kennels, but raised with lots of TLC right along side family and friends.   All of the adult male sires and many of the adult female dams have been genetically tested for heart, eye, hip, elbow, knee (patellas) defects, and many other genetic defects.  There are certificates registered with OFA, Ingen and CERF.    What this guarantees buyers of these puppies is that there is a significantly less possibility that there will be genetic defects to puppies they are buying.   Unless otherwise stated, all poodles puppies that are for sale come with one year health guarantee! 

Recently (February 2010) we donated a puppy to the non for profit group PawsGivingIndependence.  This puppy will go through several months of training before it will be placed as a service dog in a home for a person who has a disability/disabilities.  Read on our testimonial page for an e-mail we received from the co-founder of this non for profit group.

Another puppy was donated to a relative of a neighbor whose dog we found dead after it was hit by a car.

According to a county ordinance, no retail sales are allowed to be conducted at my residence/on my property.  Please ask if you need more clarification about this.
